Application:
Filter Press is usually used in all kinds of suspension liquid for separating solid and liquid, such as food, environmental protection lighty industry, medicine, chemical industry, metallurgy, petroleum industry, etc., oil filter press, as the name suggests, is widely used in oil industry.
Oil filter press is important equipment in oil mill plant which is quite suitable for clearing and filtering the different plant rude-oil, also it could clear the waste water,waste cooking oil . Use the smaller mesh filtering cloth ,which could be used for clearing the biodiesel oil .
Features:
Quick opening and closing of the hydraulic device with self-protecting. Multi-hydraulic cylinders to distribute the closing force of oil filter press evenly and symmetrically. Several feeding ports to decrease the filling and filtering time. Long life-span oil filter press elements. Special filtrate canal design. Membrane technology to be used for secondary dewatering. Cake blowing procedure to be used for further dewatering. Core blowing procedure to be used to blow away the remainder materials in feeding ports. Large cake discharge space to avoid filter cloth damage during cake fall. Special cake discharge mechanism to realize automatically cake discharge in a short time. Automatic control system.
